Hook Extra Lives
When you reach level 5 in the rocky caves, there is a 3-Up loop that can max out your lives. When you begin, fall down the first chasm to the right. At the bottom of the pit, walk to the right, sink and go underneath the rocks to get a leaf and a 3-Up. Die and repeat until you've reached your 99 life maximum.
