MechWarrior 2: Mercenaries Bonus Mission
When on merc commander, fail the second mission against the Dread Legion. You will now receive another mission. On this one you get a crate of highly advanced weapons and 5 million c-bills.

To enter these codes, hold Ctrl-Alt-Shift while playing then type any of the phrases below:

MechWarrior 2: Mercenaries Unlimited Salvage
Here is a quick tip to gain an unlimited amount of salvage near thebegining of the game, or whenever you need it. When you complete a missionthat allows you to pick up salvage, it is really simple. All you do issave the game in the final briefing screen before you click on the salvagebutton. Name it salvage, or whatever you choose. Then after you finishcollecting your salvage, save it again this time in another spot. Call itsalvage 2 or whatever you choose. Make sure you save it in the same finalbriefing screen. Then choose to reload the game before you salvaged theleftovers. Make sure it's what you want. Then choose to reload back toyour other game. And presto! The salvage button mysteriously reappears.It will load with whatever salvage you loaded prior. You can use this tosalvage anything you want from other saved games. Just be cautious withdoing this. After about the 6th or 7th time usually your program willcrash and you will have to restart it. But once you restart it you can doit again. Warning!! Do not use this trick with the Kodiak to steal fromthe Ghost Bears. You will get a default error everytime you try to selectit to use in battle. Also, be cautious as sometimes this will happen withother mechs as well. Although not very often.
